If you groom, board, walk, sit or train dogs, or look after cats, and you’re on this site, your listing is free and stays free. If you’re not on it yet, we’ll add you, also free.

Fix or claim your listing

Email listings@thekennelguide.co.uk with your business name, the town you work in and the link to your listing if you have it. Send it from an address or number we can connect to the business: the one on your website, your Google profile or your social pages. Then tell us what to change: phone, website, opening hours, services, or the area you cover.

Get added

Same address. Give us the business name, what you do, the town and postcode district you work from, and a phone number or website customers can use. We check that you’re trading before the listing goes up.

If you work from home

We never show a street address for walkers and sitters, only the postcode district. If you board animals at home and your listing shows more than you want, tell us and we’ll cut it back to the district the same day.

Licensed boarding

If you hold a council licence for boarding, home boarding or day care, send us the licence number and your star rating. We’re starting to collect them so that owners can see at a glance who is licensed.
