What the listings are

Each listing describes a third-party business, based on information that business has made public. We don’t inspect premises, check licences or insurance, or verify prices and availability. Nothing on this site is a recommendation, a quotation or a booking. Any agreement you make is between you and the business, and so is responsibility for the care of your animal.

No business pays to appear here or to be placed higher. If that changes, paid listings will be marked as such on the page.

Corrections and removal

A business that wants its listing corrected or removed can write to the address above from an address or phone number connected to the business. We act on removal requests within five working days.

Using the enquiry form

Don’t use the form to send anything unlawful, abusive or unrelated to finding care for an animal. We delete such messages and may block the sender.

Intellectual property

The site’s structure, text and design belong to the publisher. Business names and logos belong to their owners. If you own material shown here and want it removed, tell us and it comes down.
